Assistant Branch Manager / Gold Valuer

As a Gold Loan Officer in Mumbai, your role involves attending to walk-in customers and addressing their queries about the gold loan process and schemes offered. You will be responsible for conducting gold valuations accurately and identifying gold purity with precision. Properly packing and storing gold and gold packets after loan disbursal is a key part of your duties. Additionally, you will be required to return gold ornaments to customers after loan closure. Managing cash, both system and physical, during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures is essential. You will also need to maintain branch registers in accordance with the guidelines, covering key movements such as cash, packets, staff, and customer visits. Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents is crucial for this role.
