Senior Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for vacant and new properties through CRM-assigned leads.
• Drive and supervise the client engagement process, from lead qualification to property site visits.
• Mentor and guide team members in conducting effective client walkthroughs and building trust with prospects.
• Lead critical negotiations with buyers and ensure successful deal closures while maximizing value.
• Strategically plan and review weekly targets for prospective site visits to meet sales KPIs.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional leadership and team mentoring skills with the ability to inspire high performance.
• Strong command over both written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and an advantage if fluent in the local language.
• Deep understanding of customer relationship management, negotiation strategies, and advanced sales techniques.
• High level of enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to lead by example.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a target-driven sales environment and team handling.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
• Expertise in communication, client presentations, and influencing decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience in real estate or related industries will be prioritized.

• Up to 13.5 LPA(based upon interview)
