Job Description

As a Car Sales Team Leader at our dealership, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals in the automotive industry. Your role will involve setting and monitoring sales targets, providing coaching and motivation to team members, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of car sales executives to achieve and surpass sales targets. - Establish individual and team goals and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and sales training sessions. - Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. - Support team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations. - Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership representation. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure optimal stock mix. - Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
