Job Summary

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  entire recruitment life cycle

  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to

  understand manpower requirements

  and create effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates through

  job portals, social media, professional networks, headhunting, and referrals

  .
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interview rounds.
• Develop and maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

  for critical and recurring positions.
• Manage

  vendor/consultant relationships

  and ensure timely closures of positions.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as

  TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness

  .
• Ensure a positive

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a

  preferred employer in real estate

  .
• Maintain compliance with

  company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices

  .

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  real estate recruitment

  across Sales, Project/Site, and Corporate functions.
• Excellent

  sourcing skills

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, Indeed, etc.) with ability to manage high-volume hiring.
• Proven track record of

  closing mid to senior-level positions

  within defined TAT.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, ATS, and HRMS tools

  .
• Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field with

  6–8 years’ relevant experience

  in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure.
