Job Summary:

Assistant Manager Channel Partner Sales

Role & responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of
Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate agents
.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and
product briefings
for CPs to ensure alignment with project offerings.
Drive
lead generation and closures
through the CP network for assigned projects.
Ensure timely sharing of
project updates, marketing materials, and inventory details
with all active partners.
Monitor and track performance of CPs and take necessary actions to increase engagement and productivity.
Support CPs during
client site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
.
Collaborate with the internal sales, CRM, and marketing teams to streamline the lead-to-booking process.
Handle CP queries, coordinate for brokerage payouts, and ensure
partner satisfaction
.
Analyze channel sales data and prepare
weekly/monthly MIS reports
for management.
Maintain knowledge of
market trends, competition, and customer preferences
to fine-tune sales strategy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong existing network of active channel partners/brokers in the real estate domain
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Knowledge of
residential/commercial real estate sales process
Proficient in
MS Office
, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and CP management systems
Goal-oriented mindset with ability to
work independently and under pressure

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
Channel Sales
in the
Real Estate sector
