Job Summary:

Sales Site Head

Role & responsibilities

Lead the
site sales team
and oversee daily sales operations at the project site.
Drive the achievement of
monthly and quarterly sales targets
through strategic planning and team performance management.
Ensure
exceptional customer experience
from first inquiry to final closure and handover.
Manage
walk-ins, lead conversions, site visits, and negotiations
.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute
site-specific promotional activities and events
.
Track and report
sales performance
, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for
booking, documentation, and collections
.
Monitor competitors' activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Train and mentor the site sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Handle
VIP client interactions, escalations
, and key investor relationships when required.

Required Skills & Tools:

Proven ability in
real estate sales leadership
, especially at the project level
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent understanding of
sales funnels
, buyer behavior, and customer lifecycle
Proficient in
MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Ability to manage a team, resolve conflicts, and deliver results under pressure
Deep knowledge of
local real estate market trends
and customer preferences

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum
10 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
2+ years in a team leadership or site head role
