Job Summary:

ERP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor

  ERP implementation, updates, and system configurations

  .
• Act as a bridge between end users (Sales, CRM, Finance, Projects, Procurement, etc.) and ERP technical support team.
  
• Provide

  functional support

  and training to internal teams on ERP usage.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely entry across modules.
  
• Assist departments in

  generating reports, dashboards

  , and other MIS outputs from the ERP.
• Coordinate with external vendors or in-house developers for system enhancements or issue resolution.
  
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems when required.
  
• Work closely with teams to

  standardize processes and optimize workflows

  through ERP.
• Perform

  regular audits

  of ERP data and maintain proper documentation.
• Support integration of ERP with other platforms (e.g., CRM, project management tools).
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems used in real estate (e.g.,

  Tally ERP, SAP, Strategic ERP and in4suite AND SQL

  etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes in

  real estate: sales, procurement, inventory, finance, and projects

• Good knowledge of

  MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  
• Ability to

  train users

  , document SOPs, and manage cross-departmental communication
• Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration

  , or related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience

  as an ERP Coordinator, preferably in the

  real estate or construction sector
