Senior Recruitment Executive

As a Senior Recruitment Executive in the Oil & Gas sector based in Chennai, your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment for industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as portals, references, networking, and headhunting. Additionally, you will manage bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering sectors. - Source candidates through portals, references, networking, and headhunting. - Manage bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects. - Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or manpower agency (not corporate HR). - Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes and compliance. - Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Note: Strictly NOT from IT recruitment background. Candidates with only IT hiring experience will not be considered.,
