Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the recruitment team that supports Canada. This hybrid role involves hands-on recruitment for critical positions along with managing the team and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in both sourcing top talent and developing a high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management & Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Conduct regular one-on-ones, provide continuous feedback, and support the professional development of team members. - Ensure equitable distribution and efficient management of requisitions within the team. - Monitor team performance against KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Satisfaction) and implement improvement strategies. - Hands-On Recruitment: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill positions across various functions in Canada. - Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates. - Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure high-quality hires. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers in Canada to understand team needs, define role requirements, and provide market insights. - Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and scalable processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and enhancement of the candidate experience. - Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities. - Analyze recruitment data and metrics to create reports for senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead, senior, or assistant manager capacity. - Proven experience in recruiting for Canadian markets and a strong understanding of the EST time zone work requirements. - Demonstrated experience in managing a team, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.,
