Position: Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for marine and shore-based roles.
• Identify, attract, and onboard top talent in the shipping industry.
• Build and maintain a strong database of candidates.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations and compliance with company standards.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process (experience in marine/shipping recruitment preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Freshers passionate about building a career in the shipping industry are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
