Roles and Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop job descriptions, create postings, and manage recruitment platforms like

    Naukri

    ,

    LinkedIn

    , and

    Indeed

    .
  • Conduct

    resume screening

    ,

    candidate assessment

    , and

    initial interviews

    to shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Leverage

    X-ray searches

    ,

    Boolean searches

    , and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche candidates.


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with

    hiring managers

    ,

    project leads

    , and

    department heads

    to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.


Candidate Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.


Database Management & Reporting

  • Maintain an organized database of candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or Excel.
  • Track key recruitment metrics like

    position closures

    ,

    interview schedules

    , and

    offer acceptance rates

    .
  • Prepare and share

    weekly recruitment reports

    with management.


Industry Knowledge & Networking

  • Stay updated on trends in the

    EPC

    ,

    construction, Oil & Gas and

    renewable energy

    sectors.
  • Develop a strong talent pool by networking with industry professionals.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of

    EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction industry roles

    and skill requirements.
  • Expertise in

    sourcing

    ,

    headhunting

    , and

    screening

    candidates for technical and engineering positions.
  • Proficiency in using

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    ,

    Naukri

    , and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree

    in

    Human Resources

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience hiring for

    EPC

    ,

    construction

    ,

    Oil & Gas

    or

    energy sector

    roles.
  • Familiarity with

    EPC project workflows

    and engineering job profiles is a plus.
