Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations and compliance with company standards. Mentor and guide junior recruiters Requirements: Strong understanding of the recruitment process (experience in marine/shipping recruitment preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
