As an HR Recruiter / Senior HR Recruiter at Aarviencon, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) - Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate degree - 1 to 8 years of experience in HR recruitment - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques Please note that Aarviencon is a company that values work-life balance, offering a 6-day workweek with all Sundays off and the 2nd & 4th Saturdays off (other Saturdays until 5:00 PM).
