Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing end to end recruitment for formulation and API unit based at Seloo, (Mah).
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals.
Hiring for senior profiles and head hunting.
Coordinating with the candidates and department for scheduling interviews, feedback, and negotiations for the offer.
Campus recruitment and Walk-Ins.
Headcount management.
Follow-up with H.O regarding recruitment.
Employee life cycle management, Retirement, Retention, Exit Formalities, Service Extension Proposal etc.
Rehiring Process coordination with H.O.
Personnel File of Employee & Record Room management.
Salary Rationalization process.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required:- 05 to 09 Years.

Qualification: M.B.A(HR)

Candidate should be ready to relocate to Seloo, Wardha, (Maharashtra)
