EduBridge Learning is hiring Senior Recruitment Executives with strong experience in high-volume white-collar hiring. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closures. The role is target-oriented and requires strong individual ownership.

• This is not a strategic TA position; This is a pure Recruiter role.
• This role is strictly focused on recruitment execution, delivery, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles from sourcing to joining
• Handle bulk hiring for Trainers, Center Managers, Placement Managers, and other frontline roles
• Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals, walk-ins, institutes, local vendors, and social media
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, availability, compensation alignment, and joining intent
• Coordinate interviews, track feedback, roll out offers, and drive offer-to-join conversion
• Maintain daily hiring trackers and ensure accurate reporting
• Achieve individual

  monthly hiring targets of 6–8 closures

• Ensure regular follow-ups to minimise candidate dropouts and no-shows

Experience & Skills Required

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in volume hiring
• Proven experience hiring white and/or grey collar, frontline or non-tech roles
• Comfortable with high calling volumes and a target-driven environment
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and closure skills
• Mandatory experience using Naukri or similar job portals
• Experience in education, skilling, staffing, RPO, or frontline hiring environments preferred
