You will be responsible for:Production Planning and Monitoring: Oversee daily coding operations, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any coding-related issues.Escalation Management: Effectively handle escalations and provide timely solutions to medical coding challenges.Process Improvement: Collaborate with our development team to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in the medical coding process.Position: Sr Medical CoderLocation: Andheri (West), Mumbai.
