Responsibilities

• Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Understand client business needs and hiring requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth

• Recruitment

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates based on client needs
• Create and post job openings on job portals and social platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate and client records using ATS/CRM systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
