Your Role: Assistant Team Lead – Job Search Artist As an Assistant Team Lead, you will manage a team of recruiters and customer service professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring process adherence, team performance, and high levels of client satisfaction. You’ll contribute to process improvement, team training, and achieving service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Review individual and team performance to ensure adherence to process guidelines and delivery targets. Identify training needs, organize regular training sessions, and mentor team members. Provide regular reports to senior management and contribute innovative ideas for operational improvement. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, maintaining satisfaction through prompt solutions. Delegate responsibilities across the team and foster a supportive, efficient work environment. Monitor calls, emails, and social media interactions for quality assurance and process compliance. Support resource optimization and assist the team in meeting recruitment targets. Provide assistance with sourcing strategies, keyword optimization, and market trend updates across geographies. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in recruitment (IT & Non-IT) with team management experience. Skills: Proven sourcing and recruitment expertise using multiple job portals. Strong client relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and report handling. Experience in people management and team handling. Soft Skills Required Leadership qualities with a proactive and result-oriented mindset. Problem-solving approach and commitment to delivering client value.
