Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment Prior experience in a client-facing role or recruitment consulting firm is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hiring for roles in retail, BFSI, healthcare, operations, admin, and sales Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficient in using ATS, Excel, and recruitment tools
