Location: Chennai Role- Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Stakeholder & Team Management: Communicate project updates to stakeholders, leadership, and team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage stakeholder expectations and address issues proactively. Budget & Resource Management: Track project costs, ensuring they remain within budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates. Provide regular performance updates to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 10+ years of experience total experience with over 3 years project management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Desirable Attributes: Strong prioritization skills under pressure. Ability to explain complex technical issues to users in an open, unassuming, and non-technical way Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Relish the opportunity to work with customers and technical teams alike.
