Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft clear, compelling job descriptions Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking platforms, and employee referrals Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates Maintain candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the recruitment process Support offer management—facilitate negotiation and closure Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) using HRIS/ATS Assist in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with external hiring partners, agencies, and job portals Stay updated on talent market trends, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices
