Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. Utilize ATS platforms, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Conduct interview assessments, coordinate panel interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Lead offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment documentation. Provide recruitment analytics and reports on key hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire). Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
