Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and business needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, and social media platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical fitment and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and final selection discussions.
• Manage blue-collar and white-collar hiring across textile production, quality, merchandising, and support functions.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Collaborate with HR operations for offer, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, placement agencies, and institutes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in recruitment for textile, apparel, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of functional roles in production, merchandising, sourcing, QA, maintenance, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Good analytical and reporting skills for recruitment tracking and dashboards.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / MSW in HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
