Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the Indian domestic market and a focus on non-IT hiring. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing niche positions within tight deadlines. You will play a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements across non-IT domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and manage smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
• Explore and implement new sourcing strategies to close critical positions quickly.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian/domestic market.
• Proven track record in non-IT hiring .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under pressure.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Dripify, Lusha, Naukri Resdex, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a plus.
