Source & engage top Java talent across India.
Convince candidates to take a bold step: career shift, relocation, CTC reset.
Partner with Delivery & Training teams to align hiring with deployment.
Drive consistent pipelines, minimize dropouts & deliver monthly targets.

>� What We're Looking For

25 years of IT recruitment experience (Java/Full Stack hiring).
A convincing communicator who can handle tough candidate objections.
Skilled in LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals & out-of-the-box sourcing.
Experience with cross-skill/niche hiring is a huge plus.
Strong reporting, stakeholder management & execution discipline.
