Roles and Responsibilities-

 Candidates having experience in handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle and responsible for recruitment, screening and counseling of Nurses and Doctors candidates.

 Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

 Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all Nurses and Doctors candidates.

 Candidates must have skills to Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till they join, close Follow-Up.

 Handling grievances of the candidates and Build understanding on Nurses/ Doctors qualification.

Requirements:

 Must Bachelor’s or equivalent education.

 2 - 3 Year of experience in End to End recruitment

 Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

 Creative thinking and motivation.
