Senior RC-PROCESS and CONTROLS-sox

Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a SOX Senior in the Consulting practice. Your role will involve working with diverse teams to help clients navigate complex business transactions and develop tailored solutions. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various industries, contribute to process improvements, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance internal control solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team or independently deliver SOX engagements for multiple processes across clients - Participate in client discussions, conduct process walkthroughs, and prepare process flows and risk & control matrices - Identify process gaps, provide recommendations for improvement, and conduct testing of design and operating effectiveness - Support the Manager in SOX scoping, control rationalization, and monitoring project progress - Develop strong client relationships, mentor junior team members, and participate in business development initiatives - Support innovation initiatives, enhance existing solutions with emerging technologies, and contribute to developing thought leadership content - Suggest ideas to improve engagement productivity, manage engagement budgets, and ensure compliance with quality & risk management procedures - Display teamwork, integrity, and leadership, utilize technology to enhance service delivery, and contribute to the learning & development agenda - Conduct workshops and training sessions for team members, prioritize deliverables effectively, and achieve optimum results Qualifications Required: - More than 1 year (CAs) or 3 years (others) of experience in risks & controls, with a focus on SOX/internal controls - Strong understanding of SOX and COSO framework, CIA certification preferred - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field - Exceptional command of spoken and written English - Globally mobile, flexible to travel, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills Additional Details: At EY, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of individuals with commercial acumen and technical expertise.
