Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hello! We're hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Real Estate Developer Firm. Engineer – Civil & MEPLocation: Attapur, Hyderabad Experience Required: 5–8 Years in Hi-Rise Building (Residential / Commercial) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) with strong QS background. Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Builder)Salary: based on experience & capability We have an urgent requirement for the position of Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Civil & MEP at our Attapur, Hyderabad project. Please arrange suitable candidates immediately for interviews.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review BOQs and budgets for civil, finishing, and complete MEP works. Carry out quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials and labor. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and highlight variances. Verify and certify contractor/vendor bills and claims as per executed works. Coordinate with project/site teams, contractors, and vendors for accurate billing. Prepare tender documents, scope of works, and assist in vendor finalization.

Track variations, prepare MIS reports, and update management on cost status. Support procurement team in technical and cost evaluation for civil & MEP packages. Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:5–8 years of relevant experience with reputed builders/developers (residential/commercial projects).Strong expertise in both Civil and MEP works. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to independently manage QS responsibilities at project site.
