Bangalore Leasing Experience is mandate.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.Salary: 80-100 LPAJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to spearhead our commercial office space leasing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive leasing strategy, building a high-performing leasing team, and driving revenue generation for office space in Bangalore. Job Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Leasing Strategy: Create and execute a strategic leasing plan aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Identify target market segments, develop pricing strategies, and implement effective marketing campaigns. Build and Lead Leasing Team: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing leasing team. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success. Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify potential tenants, build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and industry influencers. Generate leads, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms. Lease Negotiation and Execution: Lead lease negotiations, prepare lease agreements, and ensure timely execution of lease contracts. Manage legal and documentation processes. Revenue Generation: Achieve leasing targets and maximize rental income through effective lease structuring and pricing strategies. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and tenant requirements. Financial Performance: Track leasing performance metrics, prepare leasing reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders. Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient leasing processes and systems to streamline operations.Prefered Skills: Proven track record in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Bangalore market Strong understanding of the Bangalore commercial real estate market. Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results.
