Job Location: Yelahanka, North Bangalore Experience Level: 10+ Years Qualification: MBA Marketing Salary: 25 - 35 LPA Job Responsibilities: 1) Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services. 2) Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns. 3) Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities. 4) Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to develop effective marketing materials. 5) Organize and attend real estate events, such as open houses, to promote properties and services. 6) Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed. 7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective. 8) Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing efforts.
