Job Purpose:

To drive overall marketing and business development activities for Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Equity products. The role involves expanding business reach, managing HNI clients, leading a small team, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business in Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Equity products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, providing investment insights and portfolio recommendations.
• Conduct investor awareness programs, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Identify potential clients, channel partners, and business opportunities to increase AUM (Assets Under Management).
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing campaigns and client servicing.
• Prepare and present business performance reports, MIS, and client feedback summaries to management.
• Manage and mentor the marketing / sales team to achieve set business targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the investment domain.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund, AIF, and Equity products.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and marketing within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle HNI clients and manage a team effectively.
• Result-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
