The WMI Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMI locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.
• Perform Test Automation for WMI Core banking application stack
• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Developers, Product Owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope and entry/exit criteria for testing phases.
• Perform system testing, regression testing (e.g., functional, UI and performance testing).
• Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts and tools.
• Configure and execute automated tests part of CI/CD pipeline.
• Review and analyze test results, identify defects and anomalies and work closely with the stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve the software testing process, coverage and tools while working closely with Business Analysts and Developers.
• Coach and guide junior test automation engineers.
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computers or equivalent focusing code development and maintenance.
• Ideally 6+ years of hands on experience Test Automation tools and technologies.
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
• Experience in testing tools like Cucumber, TestNG, Gherkin, Selenium, Gitlab, Jira, Postman, JMeter, webDriver etc.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Good Knowledge in Java with ability to write code for automated testing.
• Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing.
• Good troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills
• Good to have DevOps experience and exposure to Azure, Google or Amazon cloud.
• Ability to collaborate with the onsite and offshore teams during solution delivery.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly proactive team player eager to support colleagues when needed.
• Prepared to take on responsibility for tasks and works independently.
