Job Description

About Us:

Senior QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution for product releases.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and performance validation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects early.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and review their work.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement automation where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter).
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ISTQB or similar QA certification.
