Job Title: QA Lead / Quality Assurance Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with over 10 years of experience in quality management, documentation review, and process compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables, process documents, and quality records meet internal and external standards. This role emphasizes document verification, audit readiness, and process adherence rather than active test execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and approve all project-related documentation (SOPs, policies, technical documents, test plans, release notes, etc.) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain and control all QA-related documentation and ensure version control across teams.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to ISO, CMMI, or organizational standards.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and compliance evidence.
• Track and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve documentation standards and ensure consistency across departments.
• Define and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation and delivery quality.
• Train and guide team members on documentation best practices, templates, and quality standards.
• Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and status reports for management review.
• Ensure traceability of all documents from requirement to delivery stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
• Proven experience in document control, QA audits, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / CMMI or equivalent quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with document management systems and QA tools.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Experience in IT/software product or services environment.
• Exposure to Information Security documentation or ISMS processes.
