Senior QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

•Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of at least 5 QA engineers, providing

mentorship, guidance, and training to ensure their professional growth.

•Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies,

including both manual and automated testing approaches.

•Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases,

and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

•Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and

scripts using industry-standard tools and practices.

•Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers,

product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of quality

assurance processes within the Agile development lifecycle.

•Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the

efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team and processes.

•Reporting: Provide regular reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and team

performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on both manual

and automation testing.

•Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QA engineers.

•Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile

environment.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams.

and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
