Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure our CRM meets business needs and maintains high quality and performance standards.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)Validate Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and Apex classes/triggers.Conduct regression, smoke, functional, and UAT testing.Identify, document, and track bugs in tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and properly implemented.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.Test data migration and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete (optional, depending on role).Maintain detailed QA documentation, test results, and release sign-off reports.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in QA with at least 1 2 years specifically testing Salesforce applications.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, objects, and workflows.Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Classic interface.Proficiency with test case management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical and communication skills.
