Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports, release notes, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Provide production support for test issues reported by clients.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT with 4+ years of experience in QA activities.
• Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.
• Expertise in manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
