Job Description

About the Role

To build QA practices and procedures and to manage the testing of a good or service, we are seeking for a test lead. Able to evaluate the quality of software using both manual and automated testing. Having worked directly with cross-functional teams, they have expertise planning and managing the testing process, guaranteeing visibility and traceability, and producing high-quality software.

Roles and Responsibilities

Defect Management: Managing the defect Lifecycle, Including defect Identification, Logging, Prioritization, Tracking, and Resolution.
Collaboration: Collaborating with Cross-Functional teams, Such as Development, Business analysis, and Project management, to ensure effective communication and Alignment.
Team Leadership: Leading and Mentoring the QA team, providing guidance, Support and training to improve their skills and productivity.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, Project managers, and product owners, to address their concerns, Provide updates, and manage expectations.

Candidate Requirement

4+ year of experience in QA and Team management.
Communication and Leadership abilities to guide and mentor the QA team.
Knowledge of test management tools and frameworks – JIRA or Similar.
Ability to design, Develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, ETC. Proficient in analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Responsible for generating and maintaining all the Quality Metrics for your Team.
Defining quality standards and metrics for the product and sending crisp and clear status reports to all the stakeholders, post review from team managers and taking appropriate actions accordingly.
Ready to help team members in their technical challenges.
