Position: Senior QA Executive
Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Nalagarh Himachal Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Executive to lead our Quality Assurance team. This person will manage the entire QA team, maintain documentation and standards, and ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, guiding and monitoring their work.
• Standardize all testing processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end testing of projects (both manual & automation).
• Ensure preparation and review of QA documents (Test cases, Bug reports, Checklists).
• Collaborate with the Development and Product teams to ensure bug-free releases.
• Provide training to the QA team and implement best practices.
• Ensure quality compliance across products and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in QA / Software Testing (both Manual & Automation).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in team management / leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools (Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, etc.).
• Experience with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
