Senior Project Manager, VP

Role Description

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of projects within the Tech Liquids vertical. These cross-functional projects involve Business, Operations, and Technology as well as third-party vendors.
• You will be the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are defined and aligned to scope, time, costs, resources, and benefits.
• You will be responsible to represent status, risks and issues to stakeholders at various levels, including senior management. As such, it is your responsibility all projects comply with internal governance guidelines.

Your key responsibilities

• Together with the internal and external stakeholders prioritize and plan the projects deliveries.
• Manage all internal and external stakeholders regarding their needs and connect the dots to facilitate solutioning.
• Maintain the Project Management Lifecycle System to comply with governance guidelines.
• Organize and conduct stakeholder meetings, planning workshops, etc. (with internal stakeholders and service providers).

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in delivering technology projects using agile methodologies within the finance industry.
• A good understanding of Asset Management business.
• Passion for the implementation of new products and services within the finance industry.
• Ability to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
• Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English and in an international and intercultural environment.
• Common office software and online collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence are part of your everyday life and are a matter of course.
• Active Project Management qualifications e.g., PMI, Prince2 are an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern key technologies including Cloud Computing and Data-as-a-Service are an advantage.
