Job Description: PROJECT MANAGER_SITE ENGINEER Experience Approx. 10 Years

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced construction engineer to join us at STANYA INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED (DELHI)

As a vital team member, your key responsibilities include planning, designing, and managing the construction of Sewage Treatment Plants, STP's, WWP's, Pipeline laying, buildings, roads, and other structures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. You must ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You must also ensure that all materials are of the highest quality and meet all applicable standards.

Objectives of this role

• Managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Ensuring construction activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Resolving construction-related issues and addressing any unexpected challenges.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure construction plans meet technical requirements.
• Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with India's safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and payment requests.
• Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, construction technologies, and safety regulations.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrable experience as a construction or civil engineer.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations in India.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic construction environments.
• Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and construction scheduling software.
• Familiarity with ongoing construction safety and risk management practices.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Advanced degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licence or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
• Proficiency in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Working knowledge of cost estimation, structural analysis, and material testing software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
