🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, schedules, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Maintain strong client communication and align expectations throughout the project.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Utilize project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate.
  • Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and continuous enhancement.


🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 13+ years of total experience

    5+ years as a Project Manager

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP-based methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-location, distributed, or vendor-heavy projects.
  • Proficiency in PM tools:

    MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence

    , and MS Office Suite.
  • Professional certifications preferred:

    PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum

  • Experience with SDLC management, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.
