Senior Project Manager

As a PMO in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the technical and economic success of software development projects for creating Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing project management activities following Agile/Lean practices, including planning, tracking, monitoring, and delivery of projects - Ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, cost, and defined scope for the assigned project(s) - Managing project resources effectively, including people, hardware, software, and infrastructure - Handling product requirements, prioritizing them, breaking them down into user stories and technical stories - Managing risks and implementing risk mitigation activities - Engaging with stakeholders and customers, as well as collecting relevant metrics for continuous improvement Qualifications required for this role: - B.E/B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc in Computer Science - 5+ years of experience in software development projects with leadership experience - Mandatory project/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications (AWS/Azure) for a minimum of 3 years - Good knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud managed services such as AWS & Azure - Exposure to the electrical domain and energy market trends - Strong project management skills with certifications being an added advantage - Effective risk management and customer interfacing skills - Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices - Ability to drive a positive mindset and culture within the team - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions - Effective communication, influencing, and interaction skills with various stakeholders Use your skills to contribute to moving the world forward with this exciting opportunity!,
