Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Onsite – USA) Experience Required: 13+ Years Location: Onsite in the United States (Relocation Required) Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects and drive successful delivery for our U.S.-based teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 👉 Only candidates who are willing to work onsite in the USA should apply. (Travel/relocation readiness is mandatory.) 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, goals, schedules, and resource plans aligned with business objectives. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs. Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Maintain strong client communication and align expectations throughout the project. Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Utilize project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate. Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and continuous enhancement. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 13+ years of total experience , including 5+ years as a Project Manager . Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP-based methodologies. Hands-on experience managing multi-location, distributed, or vendor-heavy projects. Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence , and MS Office Suite. Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum .
