Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

The Director of Project Management will lead the project management function across the organization, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and strong stakeholder management to align project outcomes with organizational goals.

Work experience – Minimum 15+ years experience.

• Expert in project life cycle management (initiation to closure)
• Oversight of multi-project portfolios and large-scale programs
• Deep understanding of PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
• Strong risk management and issue resolution
• Budgeting and financial governance across projects
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to drive project execution excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize projects, define objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and compliance with quality standards.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, including risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
• Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations.
• Foster strong communication channels across departments to facilitate collaboration and transparency.
• Well versed with Healthcare projects, SOW, Due diligence, negotiation skills
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
