Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Lead project kickoff, planning, and execution across multiple job sites.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestone schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and maintain site-specific execution plans and weekly progress trackers.

2. Site Execution & Technical Oversight

• Oversee execution of civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and mechanical works.
• Supervise installation of false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, partitions, fixed and loose furniture.
• Ensure work is carried out as per GFC drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage site handovers, snag lists, and final project closures.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, empanel, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and consultants across trades.
• Supervise contractor performance and workforce allocation across multiple sites.
• Validate contractor bills and ensure timely certifications in coordination with the accounts team.
• Build long-term vendor relationships for consistent material and manpower support.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure material quality checks and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct routine site inspections to enforce workmanship and safety standards.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and local building regulations.
• Maintain documentation for site audits and regulatory reviews.

5. Budget Control & Reporting

• Track project costs against budgets and prepare variance reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Provide timely MIS reports, cash flow projections, and work progress updates to senior management.
• Flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively with mitigation plans.

6. Team Leadership & Client Coordination

• Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, site supervisors, and junior PMs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients during execution phase.
• Organize and conduct client site visits, update meetings, and design-execution clarifications.
• Manage client expectations through timely communication and issue resolution.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in high-end interior project execution.
• Technical expertise across civil, MEP, HVAC, and fire safety works.
• Strong command over material specifications, vendor rates, and industry benchmarks.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent team leadership, conflict resolution, and client-handling skills.

Educational Background:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• PMP or other project management certifications will be a plus.
