Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Project Head. The Senior Project Head will oversee and manage renewable energy projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and addressing challenges during project implementation. The role also involves regular engagement with stakeholders, evaluating key project metrics, and delivering reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, Resource Allocation, Scheduling, and Risk Management
• Technical knowledge of Solar, Wind, or Hybrid Energy Systems and familiarity with BESS and Hydro projects
• Strong skills in Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Team Coordination
• Experience in Budgeting, Cost Optimization, and Performance Tracking
• Commitment to Safety Standards, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, with 10+ years in project leadership roles preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• PMP or similar certification is advantageous
