Lead/Engineer - Civil Ø Supervise land levelling, grading, and clearing activities. Ø Ensure proper stormwater drainage planning and execution. Ø Verify soil compaction, anti-termite treatment (if required), and preparation for foundation works. Ø Execute module mounting structure (MMS) foundations (pile, RCC, or other types) as per design and drawing. Ø Supervise transformer foundations, control room buildings, inverter rooms, and HT yard civil works. Ø Conduct quality checks on reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete pouring (casting). Ø Plan and execute internal site roads, boundary walls/fencing, culverts, and gates. Ø Ensure proper approach roads for material movement and site access. Ø Supervise construction of permanent and temporary site infrastructure (stores, labor camps, office cabins). Ø Perform quality checks on raw materials (cement, sand, aggregate, steel). Ø Ensure execution complies with IS codes, drawings, and specifications. Ø Maintain records of cube test reports, slump tests, and other quality control documentation. Ø Issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for civil deviations. Ø Interface with Electrical & mechanical teams for foundation and equipment placement. Ø Implement and ensure HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines on civil activities. Ø Supervise excavation, trenching, lifting operations, and concrete works safely. Ø Manage site environmental protection measures (dust suppression, soil erosion control). Ø Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site activity photos, inspection checklists. Ø Update SAP/ERP systems (if applicable) for civil work status. Ø Report delays, deviations, and material shortages to Project Manager. Ø Oversee finishing works such as stone pitching, grouting, landscaping (if required). Ø Ensure readiness for electrical equipment installation (plinth level, clearances). Ø Prepare punch lists and ensure closure before project handover to O&M team.
