Minimum 6 Years Experience As Project Engineer.

EducationBE/ B. Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
  • Coordinating with Sales for Order receipt, drawing approvals, technical clearance to execute project on time
  • Coordinating with design team for resolving customer's queries.
  • Coordinating with design team for generating manufacturing drawings, software codes.
  • Preparing requsition and sending it to Purchase / vendors through ERP.
  • Clearing doubts of vendors & production related to drawing by consulting to design team.
  • Coordinating with purchase / vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Other Skills & Experience Requirement

  • Has Strong Organising & Management skills and is able to work under pressure of strict deadlines.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail.
  • Has good root cause analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel spreadsheets)
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Advance knowledge of AutoCAD & Solidworks software
  • Will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This role involves collaborating with team members, managing project schedules, and ensuring that project objectives are met. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, tracking progress, and assisting in the successful delivery of projects.
