Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Project Engineer at WaterMarc. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing large-scale engineering projects from initiation to completion, with duties including project planning, design development, and execution. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met. The Senior Project Engineer will also serve as a key point of communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and applications
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams effectively
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with a focus on quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field preferred) with relevant work experience
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering tools
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
